Park is very nice and reasonable only trailers are wayyyy to close together
The ONLY reason I come here is to see my parents who moved into the park two years ago. My first visit went pretty well, everyone seemed really nice and during my second visit all hell broke loose. There is a person in the park who likes to cause hate and discontent, this person has manipulated, stole, lied, and has the park manager wrapped around her finger. This person doesn't like my mom for unknown reasons as this person is a mental case. After an altercation with this person yelling at me saying I'm never allowed to return here, my mother went to the manger. He was rotten. He yelled and screamed at my mother who is disabled and threatened to throw her out of the park she has never been late on rent and has always paid on time. He told her that we were nothing but trouble like we were some teenage hoodlums mind you we are all over 30 years of age. We will NEVER come back, my mother is selling her place and moving back home. DON'T EVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP!!! THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! this is my opinion of this park and I am entailed to say what I think! People here are selling their homes left and right because of the mismanagement of the park and the unfairness that occurs on a daily basis not to mention his nasty attitude and his backstabbing ways.

Cozy, well-kept, nice pool, and community dinners during holidays. People are all very nice and friendly there, and Lot Rent is one of the most affordable parks in the area!
