Dana assisted me in the absence of my regular agent, Cathy. She treated me as if she’s known me all our life. She was kind, professional and thorough. She was very easy to work with , As I’ve been used to in the past with Cathy. I appreciate all she’s done for us.
If I could I'd give them a negative rating. Marta is the worst customer service rep I've EVER dealt with and she is selling insurance and servicing customers without a license. I plan on filing a complaint with the State.
