Restroom offered is outside, has no soap dispenser, a broken paper towel dispenser, and no lock on the door. When reentering store and asking for a sink to wash my hands, clerk points to a small sink by coffee machines, where the soap dispenser is empty. Next to sink is the sign that employees must wash hands. I informed the clerk about the empty dispenser, and no action was taken. There were no other customers at the time. Employee was simply standing behind register.
