These flowers were ordered a week before Mother's Day by my out-of-town children. They were delivered to me the Tuesday evening after Mother's Day. I had a depressing day because I thought my children had forgotten me. The flowers were awful looking. They looked like someone had grabbed a handful of leftover Mother's Day flowers and shoved them in a vase. There was no thought about how they were arranged. Some of the leaves were dried up and crispy. Wal-mart has better flowers in the bin by the door. They should be ashamed of delivering these flowers. Please don't give them any more business.
Nancy took the time to help me make something very special for my best friend she was very busy but she treated me as though I was standing in front of her and like I was her only customer even though I am hundreds of miles away. I have never met her but on my next trip I will be stopping in to say hello and any time I need floweres for them she will be the place I turn to. This shop is one of the few left that see people and not just a wallet ! Thank you Nancy for making it so special and with love!
I live in Stamford CT and this Flowershop is always there when I need them the most. Today is my Mothers Birthday and unfortunately I live to far away. However it never feels that way because they are always there to make every holiday special for me and my family. I recommend them to anyone in need of making a special moment a great one. They go over and beyond to help you make any occasion a special one. They are very friendly and take the time out to hear all your wants and needs. Very disappointed in that what was ordered was not delivered. No answer from them to my email requesting refund. I do not recommend this florist.
