The prices are good and the inventory was nicer than most lots I thought. Bob and Pavel were very helpful, I did have an issue after buying my car and it was fixed right away for me so all in all very satisfied. If I was going to say anything bad, its that they buy these cars and do the bare minimum to them to get them off of the lot. That was a personal observation.
Great service. Probably visited 20 car lots yesterday and none of the cars on any lot had been cleaned/detailed at all. Also almost every vehicle I had any interest in needed tires. Rock Bottom has much higher standards. All cars were very clean and not many have mismatched tires. I purchased a Honda Pilot with almost new tires, cold ac and mamy bells and whistles I've not figured out yet. Thanks.
After searching around for several months, I stopped in at Rock bottom. I told them what I wanted and they found it! The vehicle was extra clean and in great condition, Even better than I expected. They are truly the best! Great prices, clean, reliable vehicles.

I never felt pressured into buying a vehicle which isn't the case at most dealerships. Bob was awesome, gave my kids balloons, let us look around, and made sure we were getting something we really wanted and not settling for anything less. Thanks to Bob we walked away with a truck that we are absolutely in love with and not a car just to get by like we originally walked thinking we would have to get. Thank you a million times Bob for being patient with us and our fussy kids!!
